I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. My family and I came here as a party of 5. While the food was decent, the way our bill was handled completely ruined the experience. We also ordered 2 cans of Pepsi, and they were charged at $3.50 each before tax, which already felt overpriced for canned soft drinks. The biggest issue, however, was the gratuity. When we received our first receipt, an automatic gratuity of $43.44 had been added to our $169.93 bill, which is approximately 25.6%. I have absolutely no problem tipping for good service, but I’ve never experienced an automatic gratuity this high at a Korean BBQ restaurant without a clear explanation. I politely asked our server why the gratuity was so high. Instead of giving me a straightforward answer, the explanation was vague and inconsistent. I was told it had something to do with a “Prime Rib” item that wasn’t served and that the bill needed to be corrected. A few minutes later, they brought back another receipt. I immediately compared both receipts. The subtotal was still $169.93, the tax was exactly the same, and the menu items appeared to be unchanged. The only obvious differen

We had a great lunch on my birthday. Food and service were excellent. My husband always had his favorite military stew and I always ordered my hot spicy beef stew addition seafood pancake for my special day.

This place deserves more stars!! The food was delicious and made with love. You can see the owners take care with quality and service. We had rice tea, dumplings, kimchi pancake, bibimbap, and beef bulgogi. Everything was really tasty and each side dish brought its own flavor. They focus only on Korean food which I appreciate. Can’t wait to come back with friends and try the barbecue! Also fairly priced and generous portions. This will be on our restaurant rotation :)

I have dined in and got carry out. The place looks nice and clean inside and wait staff are friendly. When I dined in months ago, I got the bibimbap and steamed egg and they were both good. I did notice the menu prices of some items were higher than other places. Tonight I got their 12 wings as a carry out. $30 for 12 of the smallest wings is very steep in my opinion compared to other places in my area. Some of the soy garlic wings tasted burnt. Not sure if it was the chicken coating, or maybe the sauce was burnt, but I wouldnt get wings here again.

I so wish I could give more stars. Please just try the food here, you will not regret it. The service was amazing, with them going as far as to demonstrate how to eat it the best way. So so kind and the FOOD was amazing. All the small sides that come with the food have their own purposes and flavor profiles. The value is fantastic. Portion sizes excellent. Their blood sausage stew was so delicious and filling. Eating here feels like leaving grandma’s house full and happy! 감사합니다 ❤️
